SUJAL-AC-1 (BIOCIDE FOR MILL SANITATION)


INTRODUCTION:
SUJAL-AC-1 is highly effective oxidizing compound based broad spectrum micro-biocide that can be effective in controlling the growth of algae, bacteria and fungi. The unique composition of SUJAL-AC-1 is effective against both the gram positive and gram negative bacteria, as well as active against fungi. The result is that unusually low dosage levels of SUJAL-AC-1 are required to maintain control.

CONTENTS OF SUJAL-AC-1:
It contains powerful silver salts and oxides which are known for its effectiveness on the microbes.

ADVANTAGES OF USING SUJAL-AC-1:

It is a unique formulation of biotechnology driven compound developed to inhibit the growth of micro-organism responsible for creating heavy loses to the sugar factories by sugar inversion.

It is highly effective in controlling all types of bacteria such as leuconostoc mesentroides, bacillus, lactobacillus, aerobector aero genes, micrococcus, streptococcus, are highly responsible for sugar inversion.

It is effective over mesophillic bacteria and thermophillic acid forming bacteria. It also controls the formation of dextran in any substance.

APPLICATION:
SUGAR MILL APPLICATION
Low dosage levels of SUJAL-AC-1 are required to maintain control. Since SUJAL-AC-1 is highly concentrated it should be diluted prior to use at a ratio of one part SUJAL-AC-1 to one part water. The product is freely soluble in water. Use a chemical metering pump, if available, to feed the diluted product at a dosage rate of 5 to 7 ppm based on cane ground. The feed point is on the tandem over bagasse to achieve maximum sanitization. Pump can be made of standard materials of construction.


STORAGE:
Store the product in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.

PACKING:
The product is available in 5 to 200 kg HDPE carboys.
