Properties of SUJAL-VR Property Value Appearance Colourless to pale yellow liquid pH 4.0 ± 0.5 Specific Gravity 1.04 - 1.06 Solubility Completely soluble in water These are typical values and not the final specifications Application: It is highly effective polyacrylate based viscosity reducer chemical that is formulated to reduce viscosity of sugar syrup during pan and massecuite. It is an effective formulation of polyacrylate polymer which highly increases sugar manufacturing efficiency by better lubrication, purging, better circulation of pans, increases centrifugal efficiency, less boiling time, reduced content of ash. Advantages: Improves Circulation Shortens Boiling Time Improves Sugar Recovery Aids Purging Reduces Ash Content Lubricates Crystals Effectively Dosage: Dosage of SUJAL-VR depends on the Severity of problem in the pans. Average recommend dosages are ½ to 1 Kg. for 80 tones of Massecuite. Handling: Keep the container closed when not in use. The product should not be swallowed and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided. When in contact with eyes, flush with clean cold water and get prompt medical attention.
