Home • Products • Industrial Cleaner • SUJAL-DEBAC-1 SUJAL-DEBAC-1 (Microbicide) INTRODUCTION: SUJAL-DEBAC-1 is a broad spectrum antimicrobial may be used for various application by adding water and applying for the desired industrial as well as domestic purpose of killing, or destruction, or inhibition, or control of the growth or propagation of bacteria, fungi (including yeasts and molds) and algae in dormant, immature developing and/or mature stages. CONTENTS: SUJAL-DEBAC-1 contains sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, cleaners to wash oils & fats with stabilizers to prevent possible deterioration of the material. PROPERTIES OF SUJAL-DEBAC-1 Property SUJAL-DEBAC-1 State Liquid PH >10.5 Density 1.16 ± 0.02 Color Water white to pale yellow Odor Of chlorine Solubility in Water Soluble in all proportions These are typical values and not the final specifications APPLICATIONS: In food and dairy industry to wash tanks & vessels, utensils & cans, etc to make them bugs free Surface disinfectant to prevent growth of bacteria and fungi on walls, floors, etc Preventing microorganism buildup and deposits in air washer or scrubber systems and in industrial fresh water supply systems In hospitals to clean instruments, clothing, bed sheets and pillow covers etc. and in public utility places like theater, hostel lobby, toilets and urinals, etc to control microorganisms and remove bad smell and dirt APPLICATION METHOD: Dilute the material (SUJAL-DEBAC-1) in the ratio of 1 product: 400 water (that is 0.5 Liter product in 200 liter of water) and apply the same. If necessary heat the water to approx 60-70°c then add the product SUJAL-DEBAC-1 in it and use. FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY-TO BE DILUTED BEFORE USE BENEFITS: Foamless formulation consuming less water for cleaning and washing compared to foaming product. Contains active chlorine which is known for its germicidal activity. Easily remove fats and oils from surfaces, cans etc. Easily soluble in water. SAFETY AND HANDLING: SUJAL-DEBAC-1 is generally safe but avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin. Do not take internally. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water. In case of contact with eyes, flush with water and get prompt medical attention. Gloves and goggles should be used while handling the product. STORAGE: SUJAL-DEBAC-1 is non-flammable, non-combustible. It should be stored under shade. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight. PACKING: SUJAL-DEBAC-1 is available in 5Kg / 35Kg / 50Kg Carboy and 200Kg Polydrums
