Sujal-Ase (Antiscalant / Antifoulant)
(for Membrane Separation Systems)

Introduction :-

"To control scale deposition and particulate fouling within membrane separation systems like reverse osmosis (RO), nanofiltration (NF), ultrafiltration (UF) and other supposed to be affected areas" is the main feature of Sujal-Ase.

Contents of the Sujal-Ase :-

The product contains uniquely prepared organic phosphonate, polymers and corrosion inhibitor. The product effectively keeps the scale forming mineral salts in soluble form providing ease of operation, longer system life, reduced operational and capital costs.

Sujal-Ase :-

Effectively controls scales including calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, strontium sulfate

Compatible with all of the leading RO membranes

Maintains cleaner membrane surfaces by dispersing particulate foulants

Effective over a wide pH range

Decreases frequent shutdowns, periodical cleaning and servicing of the system.

Reduces extra energy, manpower, expenses and forcefully untimely-allotted time.

Application :-

For maximum effectiveness, Sujal-Ase should be added prior to static mixer or cartridge filter housing.

Dosing :-

Typical dosage range is between 2 and 6 mg/L More precisely it is 2 to 4 mg/L.

Important Note :- Over and under dosing may cause membrane fouling so please contact the supplier to define the optimal feed point and dosage rate.

Maximum dilution is temperature related as shown below.
